Job summary

SPENGA is seeking a Front Desk Manager in Los Gatos to warmly welcome members, run efficient front desk operations, and drive sales with energy and professionalism.

You will promote SPENGA culture, sell memberships and retail, set up and reset studio equipment, maintain a clean facility, and deliver exceptional customer service. CPR certification is required and a minimum of two shifts per week (including at least one weekend shift) is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be available for a minimum of 2 shifts per week and/or 1 weekend shift.
• Long-term position; not short-term or summer-only.
• Strong management and leadership abilities.
• Previous sales experience; preferably high-end goods or services.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and manage front desk operations.
• Sell memberships and retail; meet/exceed sales targets.
• Set up and reset studio equipment before and after classes.
• Keep the facility clean and organized.
• Promote SPENGA culture in and out of the studio.

• Monday 4:00pm-8:30pm
• Tuesday 4:00pm-7:30pm
• Wednesday 4:00pm-8:30pm
• Friday 4:30am-11:45am
• Saturday 5:30am-12:00pm
• Sunday 7:15am-1:00pm

Must Have

Compensation: starting at $18.00 per hour + commission; includes unlimited membership for you and a Plus-one family member or domestic partner if working 2 shifts or more a week.

In-depth training is provided through our LMS, along with live training with the corporate team. At SPENGA, our members come for the workout and stay for the community. And the strength of our community starts with our SPENGA teams.

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
