Job description

We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Liaison and Escrow Assistant to join our growing title agency in Toledo, Ohio. This hybrid role involves providing excellent customer service at the front desk and assisting our escrow department with administrative tasks related to real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  2. Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and accurately.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized front office, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients and team members.
  4. Manage client intake forms, ensuring all necessary documents are completed and processed.
  5. Support escrow officers in managing the escrow process for real estate transactions.
  6. Organize escrow files, ensuring all required documents are complete and accurate.
  7. Process payments, disbursements, and escrow deposits in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred).
  2. 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred; prior experience in real estate or escrow is a plus.
  3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  5. Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of work while maintaining a positive attitude.
  6. Knowledge of real estate, title, and escrow processes preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
  7. Professional appearance and demeanor.
