Job summary

Country Meadows is seeking a part-time Receptionist at Leader Heights (South York), York, PA. The role is on-site, with hours 4:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and every other weekend/holiday from 8:00 a.m.

to 4:00 p.m. Pay starts at $15.25/hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience. The receptionist greets residents and guests, fields calls, and directs inquiries while maintaining a courteous, confidential environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to operate office equipment including copier, fax machine, etc.
• Positive customer service attitude with respect, friendliness and willingness to assist others.
• Good judgment in the importance and urgency of events.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, co-workers and all visitors in person or on the phone and guide them to the appropriate area, team member and resolution.
• Create an inviting setting for resident, co-worker or administrative needs.
• Serve as the go-to for a message or important paperwork.
