Job summary

Touchstone Communities in The Heights of Gonzales is seeking a friendly receptionist for a skilled nursing community. You will be the first point of contact, greet visitors, manage calls, and maintain accurate records on site.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and experience handling a high volume of telephone calls. Strong communication and multitasking are essential, with healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required along with prior experience including high volume of telephone calls.
• Strong communication skills—both in person and on the phone.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively.
