Job summary

Target Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk III to oversee guest services at our facility in the Winters area. The role reports to the Front Desk Supervisor and operates on a 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation, with hourly pay and a focus on safety and service excellence.

You will supervise front desk staff, manage work schedules, handle check-ins, payments, and data entry, and contribute to management reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years administrative experience, preferably in a remote camp or the hotel/hospitality industry, or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally, in English.
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• First aid certification is an asset.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Must be able to pass a background check and urinalysis.
• Must provide your own transportation to and from the facility.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and direction of front desk personnel, as set out by the Manager.
• Plan, direct, and maintain work schedules and tasks for the front desk team.
• Greet all incoming guests and employees courteously and professionally.
• Check in all arrivals utilizing designated systems.
• Accept payments and process transactions.
• Enter all guest registration information, perform data entry, and generate reports.
• Respond to calls, manage mail/faxes, and prepare correspondence as required.
• Exceed guests' needs by providing world-class service.
• Attend safety meetings and emergency procedures.
