Camping World is hiring a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers, greet guests, and set a positive tone for the experience. You will log VIP appointments, direct customers to teammates, and manage front desk activities including calls and CRM entries.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Experience in a high-standard customer service environment preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong initiative with leadership and reliability.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers and greet them.
• Check in VIP appointments and direct customers to the appropriate team member(s).
• Coordinate front desk activities including answering and directing incoming calls.
• Track incoming sales calls in the CRM.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success daily.
• Assist customers with questions at the reception desk.
