WE ARE NFC Amenity Management, the nation's largest luxury amenity service provider for residential and commercial properties, with a growing portfolio representing 350+ of the top brands in luxury residential and hotels across 30 markets in the U.S.

**The pay is $18 per hour, and schedules will require 1 weekend shift weekly.**

Role: Site Supervisor / Front Desk Lead

As an NFC Amenity Front Desk Lead, you will work at some of the most exclusive addresses in the area, serving as the first point of contact for residents and their guests. Your role involves managing on-site staff, supporting operations, and creating a welcoming environment that fosters teamwork and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Ensuring smooth operation and service experience through effective communication with team members, property management, and residents/guests.
  2. Informing the Area Director of staffing needs.
  3. Monitoring and reviewing employee performance, providing support or training as needed.
  4. Following property-specific procedures for receiving and signing for deliveries.
  5. Facilitating contractor arrivals/departures and visits from realtors or potential buyers/renters.
  6. Advising residents and guests on property rules and regulations.
  7. Managing access for residents, guests, and vendors per property procedures.
  8. Promptly responding to resident requests, questions, and concerns.
  9. Maintaining a professional appearance in your uniform.
  10. Interacting positively with residents.
Candidate Profile:

We seek individuals who work well independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy interacting with residents. Supervisory experience is a plus. Making eye contact and being welcoming are essential.
