Job summary

Hyatt Regency Minneapolis is seeking a Front Desk Host to create a welcoming first impression and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Front Desk Hosts are responsible for welcoming guests and creating the first impression. These individuals influence the overall guest experience by providing top-level customer service during their stay. Responsibilities include guest registration, processing forms of payment, responding to guest inquiries, and upselling hotel rooms. Our front desk hosts are the first point of contact and the face of Hyatt Regency Minneapolis. If you have customer service experience and are interested in hospitality, we’d love to hear from you!
