Aimbridge Hospitality's DoubleTree Lansing is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver outstanding guest experiences at the downtown Lansing property. You’ll handle check-ins, reservations, and guest requests with a friendly, professional approach to ensure memorable stays.

As part of the Front Desk team, you’ll use hotel management software and MS Office to manage daily operations, collaborate with colleagues, and support guests from arrival to departure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
