Eagle View Behavioral Health in Bettendorf, IA is seeking a part-time Receptionist to greet visitors, answer calls, and support daily clerical tasks onsite. The role requires strong communication skills and a friendly, professional presence.

Key duties include switchboard operation, visitor registration, mail handling, basic cash handling, and data entry. You will also provide clerical support to other departments as needed in a fast-paced health care environment.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred: 1+ year of related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Operates switchboard, routes calls, and takes messages.
• Pages individuals over the central paging system as requested.
• Greets visitors and directs them to the appropriate area.
• Assists patients and employees with tasks and information.
• Sorts and delivers mail; handles incoming/outgoing mail.
• Responds to inquiries and provides general information.
• Maintains petty cash fund.
• Receives and documents deliveries.
• Performs cash receipts and G/L coding adjustments.
• Accepts payments on patient accounts and issues receipts.
• Notifies staff of visitor arrival.
• Maintains visitor log, badges as required.
• Performs data entry as assigned.
• Provides clerical support to other departments.
