Dave & Buster's Management Corporation, Inc. is seeking a front desk/host to warmly greet Guests and guide them through retail, game rentals, and dining experiences.

You will coordinate merchandise sales and telephone inquiries while maintaining a tidy front desk area and ensuring excellent guest interaction. The role requires strong communication and a friendly demeanor, with cashier or retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Friendly and upbeat demeanor for guest interactions.
• English reading & communication proficiency.
• Experience as a cashier, retail, or customer service helpful.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests upon arrival and guide them through retail, game rentals, and dining experiences.
• Coordinate game rentals, merchandise sales, and phone inquiries.
• Maintain front desk/host area: stock menus, utensils, Power cards, gift cards, etc.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk and Host station.
• Assist team members and management to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
