Hilton College Station is seeking a Part-Time Guest Service Agent to greet guests, handle check-ins/outs, and assist with reservations and local recommendations. This on-site role supports the front desk team at our College Station property under Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-12 months experience in a guest relations or related role.
• Strong computer and cash handling skills.
• Friendly, guest-service oriented demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out and handle reservations.
• Verify registrations and process payments.
• Balance cash at shift start/end and ensure accuracy.
• Assist guests with inquiries and local directions.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Housekeeping as needed.
