Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the guests' first point of contact when they enter the hotel. You will handle questions, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously, creating memorable experiences that foster guest loyalty. Your outgoing personality and ability to connect with others are key to exceeding guest expectations and setting us apart from competitors. Creativity and empowerment to deliver exceptional service are encouraged.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

  • Manage and resolve guest complaints and compliments professionally and courteously.
  • Check guests in and out efficiently, courteously, and professionally.
  • Reconcile daily activities and close accounts.
  • Learn and navigate property systems quickly, including running reports and distributing them.
  • Follow proper cash, check, credit card, and AR control procedures, maintaining security over cash and deposits.
  • Communicate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Identify potential leads through guest interactions and share information with sales team/GM.
  • Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, ensuring a friendly tone.
  • Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent experience.
