Qualifications

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication.
• Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
• Basic computer skills including email and typing.
• Experience with CDK Global is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet showroom visitors and direct them to sales, service, or finance.
• Answer phone lines and route calls to the appropriate team member.
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming front desk and customer lounge.
• Assist office team with light admin, data entry, scanning, and tasks.
• Process payments and issue receipts following company policies.
