Job summary

Napleton Mercedes-Benz of Rochester is seeking a friendly Receptionist to welcome guests, answer calls, and direct inquiries to the right staff. You will manage the switchboard, greet walk-ins, and provide an outstanding customer experience at a busy dealership.

Schedule is Monday-Thursday 4pm-8pm and Saturday 8am-6pm. Pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, paid training, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of receptionist experience (implied)
• Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette
• Able to work with minimum supervision and multi-task
• Customer service driven

Responsibilities

• Professionally administer all incoming calls.
• Record any messages and deliver them to the proper individual.
• Ensure phone calls are redirected accordingly.
• Greet guests in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner.
• Assist the employees of the dealership as needed.
• Perform a variety of clerical duties.
• Order the necessary office supplies.
