Job summary

Nightsky San Luis Obispo is seeking a warm, resourceful Guest Service Ambassador to serve as the welcoming face for our guests, handling front desk duties, guiding guests, and apoying wellness programs and activities on-site. Qualifications

• Previous experience in front desk or hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong computer skills; hospitality systems knowledge a plus.
• Engaging, personable, passionate about connecting with people.
• Master multitasking in a dynamic environment.
• Solution-oriented with calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Independent worker with reliable attendance.
• Excellent team player, punctual and dependable.

• Open availability including early, swing, night shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process reservations and financial transactions using POS.
• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out.
• Provide personalized guest experiences throughout stay.
• Assist with transport, amenities, and supplies as needed.
• Recommend Nightsky amenities and local activities.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B, Sales, and Golf.
• Support onsite programming and events.
• Prepare and serve beverages; assist light food service.
• Assist with amenity delivery and VIP preparations.
• Promote property experiences and add-ons.
• Manage desk administration and communications.
• Maintain knowledge of rates and occupancy to support revenue goals.
• Keep front desk and lobby clean, safe, and presentable.
• Complete cross-trained tasks and group/event support.
