Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Laramie, managed by Schulte Hospitality Group, seeks a friendly Guest Service Representative to greet guests, manage arrivals, and support a smooth front desk operation.

You will handle guest inquiries, assist with check-in/check-out, arrange amenities, and maintain accurate cash handling and PPI data while delivering exceptional service. Minimum one year in front desk required; benefits include PTO and 401k.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members.
• Excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival with personal recognition.
• Assists with arrival lists and welcome amenities.
• Escorts VIPs to rooms and checks them in prior to arrival.
• Answers the phone within three rings with a smile and assists or transfers as needed.
• Handles cash and cash drops following proper cash handling procedures.
• Keeps front desk area clean and organized.
• Assists with lobby activation as needed.
• Handles guest PPI data properly.
• Follows check-in/check-out procedures and collects IDs and payment methods.
• Attends promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Performs other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
