Winthrop University in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a front-line facilities assistant to support the West Center operations under the Facility Supervisor. You will greet patrons, enforce policies, handle equipment check-out, and help keep the cardio/weight areas clean while ensuring towel service laundry is managed.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and address patrons as they enter and exit the facility.
• Enforce membership polices and ensure that patrons scan their IDs.
• Administer equipment check-out procedures.
• Clean cardio and weight room equipment.
• Ensure laundry for towel service is addressed.
• Monitor usage of the weight room ensuring the safety of patrons.
• Remain visible to answer questions and provide general assistance and customer service.
• Be courteous and keep customer service at the forefront of your daily tasks.
• Attend regularly scheduled staff meetings.
