Job summary

Coury Hospitality’s TETRA Hotel, Autograph Collection in Sunnyvale, CA, is seeking Front Desk Agents to deliver welcoming, seamless guest experiences at Silicon Valley’s AAA Four Diamond property.

As the first and last impression, you greet guests, check them in and out, share local insights, and resolve needs with empathy, collaborating with other teams to ensure a flawless stay. Hospitality background preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with hotel systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Facilitate check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Act as concierge—sharing hotel features, local insights, and personal recommendations.
• Resolve guest needs with empathy and creative problem-solving.
• Collaborate with Valet, Housekeeping, Sales and other departments to ensure a flawless stay.
• Handle payments and room assignments accurately.
• Represent the TETRA brand with service excellence.

We’re seeking passionate hospitality professionals to join us as Front Desk Agents—key players in delivering a welcoming, memorable, and seamless guest experience.

What You’ll Do

As the first and last impression for our guests, you’ll:

• Greet guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
• Facilitate check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and poise
• Act as a knowledgeable concierge—sharing hotel features, local insights, and personal recommendations
• Resolve guest needs with empathy and creative problem-solving
• Collaborate with Valet, Housekeeping, Sales, and other departments to ensure a flawless stay
• Handle payment and room assignments with accuracy and discretion
• Represent the TETRA brand with pride and service excellence
