Future Ford Lincoln of Roseville is seeking an entry-level receptionist/office associate to answer phones, greet visitors, and keep the office running smoothly. No experience is required—we will train.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming phone calls.
• Directs caller to appropriate department or individual or takes a thorough message.

• Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
• Assists office staff during no rush hours and whenever possible.
• Assists with clerical duties as requested.
