Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
• Previous Front Desk or cashier experience preferred.
• Basic accounting and cash-handling knowledge preferred.
• Ability to clearly and professionally communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests with warmth, professionalism and prompt attention.
• Registering guests with advance reservations accurately reflecting preferences.
• Assisting guests with accommodations and identifying best options to meet needs.
• Setting up accurate guest accounts, including room type, payment method and preferences.
• Processing check-outs and handling payments according to procedures.
• Communicating guest information to other departments to ensure seamless service.
