Qualifications

• Directs visitors by maintaining directories; giving instructions.
• Maintains security by following procedures and issuing visitor badges.
• Manages house phone/telecom system per manufacturer instructions.
• Keeps reception area clean and organized; communicates needs across teams.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
