Craig & Streight Orthodontics is looking for a Front Desk Coordinator I to join our Mustang team. As a coordinator, you will greet customers, manage calls, and perform essential administrative duties to ensure a smooth practice operation.

Your role includes verifying insurance, managing patient information, and coordinating payments. We pride ourselves on a people-first culture, and this position is perfect for those passionate about exceptional service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to listen and understand information verbally and in writing.
• One year of administrative experience preferred.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Craig & Streight Orthodontics is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator I to join our growing team for our Mustang.

Travel will be required as needed to our south OKC and Norman location.

How you’ll make us better

• Greet and receive customers, determines nature of visit, and notifies appropriate team member(s).
• Performs various administrative duties.
• Welcomes visitors to the practice and provides information about clinic features.
• Answers, screens, and routes incoming calls and takes messages as needed.
• Checks‑in and collects general information from patients on their first visit.
• Verifies insurance information.
• Notifies clinicians of patient arrival and readiness.
• Make appointments for returning patients as necessary.
• Prints/reprints appointment reminders and school/work excuses.
• May make changes to the patient schedule as necessary.
• Coordinates payment arrangements or account resolution.
• Receives, stores, and delivers shipments and mail.
• Takes payments and posts to account.
• Updates charts and patient information.
• Drives internal marketing initiatives and fosters participation from everyone.
