About the Role
As a Front Desk Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the care experience for our patients. This Monday-Friday, regular business hours, between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, role involves providing exceptional service as the first point of contact while supporting the daily operations of our infusion centers. From managing schedules to maintaining patient records, your work will ensure that our centers run smoothly and our patients feel valued.

ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
PAY RANGE:
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and is benchmarked against similar organizations to our size and industry. For our Front Desk Coordinator role, we generally pay new hires between $22.50 and $27.50 per hour in the Hartford County, CT market. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for roles and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. In addition to cash pay, full-time regular employees are eligible for 401(k), health benefits, and other company benefits; some of these benefits may also be available for part-time positions.
