Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a part-time Wellness Concierge for our Decatur clinic. If you are goal oriented, friendly, and comfortable with sales, you will help welcome members, guide them through memberships, and keep the clinic running smoothly.

You will greet patients, check in for visits, promote memberships and visit packages, and stay up to date on offerings. Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of sales experience.

Qualifications

• Strong phone and computer skills.

Part Time: Monday - Friday 9:30am - 2pm or 2:30pm - 7pm, Saturday - Sunday 9:30am - 4pm

Compensation: $13/hr + Bonus Potential

• Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner
• Office management or marketing experience is a plus!
• Providing excellent services to members and patients.
• The Wellness Coordinators primary responsibility is to gain memberships in order to meet sales goals.

• Staying updated on membership options, packages and promotions
• Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members
• Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace
• Confident in presenting and selling memberships and visit packages
• Keeping management informed of member concerns and following manager’s policies, proceduresand direction
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Accepting constructive criticism in a positive manner and using it as a learning tool
• Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
