Pasha Orthodontics in Naperville, IL, is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator I to support a growing team. You’ll greet visitors, manage calls, verify insurance, schedule appointments, collect payments, and keep patient records current to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of administrative experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and determine nature of visit.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and take messages as needed.
• Check-in and collect information from patients on first visit and verify insurance.
• Notify clinicians of patient arrival and readiness; make appointments for returning patients.
• Print appointment reminders and school/work excuses; update charts and patient information.
• Process payments and post to accounts; coordinate payment arrangements when needed.
