Schedule

Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Responsibilities
  • Dependability and skill in handling financial information, insurance verification, and end-of-day reports to keep patients worry-free
  • Perform clerical tasks such as sorting, opening, distributing mail, scanning, photocopying, answering calls, greeting visitors, and scheduling appointments
  • Explain procedures and services to patients using dental knowledge
  • Present financial policies, collect co-payments, and verify insurance coverage
  • Track appointments, no-shows, cancellations, and late arrivals
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
  • 1-5 years of customer service, insurance, or dental experience preferred
  • Knowledge of dental software, Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new programs
