Job summary

A healthcare organization in Miami seeks a dedicated associate to support operations and enhance patient experience. Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year experience in a healthcare or medical office setting.
  • Knowledge of medical insurance, Medicaid/Medicare, and EMR systems preferred.
  • BLS Certification preferred, able to respond to medical emergencies.
  • BLS certification and ability to respond to medical emergencies preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

  • Support operations and communication at the center level.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and patient areas.
  • Monitor and request office supplies as necessary.
  • Collaborate with call center and transportation software as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and internal teams; ensure data accuracy.

Job description
