About This Role

This role will be responsiblefor developing, implementing, and administering all aspects of the company's Compliance Management Program in Lithuania. If you are passionate about compliance, have a strong understanding of EU and Lithuanian regulations, and possess the skills and knowledge necessary to ensure the company's adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) and compliance standards, we would love to hear from you!

Roles & Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced analytics to identify and mitigate fraud activity.
• Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies to minimize financial losses.
• Quickly adapt and respond to emerging fraud threats.
• Work closely with teams across product, technology, and fraud operations.
• Manage and enhance transaction monitoring systems.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in fraud prevention, risk management, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in fraud detection tools and SQL.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Project management experience (a plus!).

Ria Money Transfer offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The reasonable estimated pay for this role ranges from 30.000-33.000 euros.Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
