You don’t need to be a pro photographer or videographer; you’ll use a phone to capture moments, help barbers film content for social, and assist with basic edits, scheduling, and client service in a lively shop environment.

Qualifications

• Comfortable taking photos and filming video on a phone.
• Good eye for angles, lighting, and moments.
• Understanding of short-form video aesthetics.
• Familiar with Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• Basic video editing using CapCut or similar apps.
• Comfortable approaching clients to capture content.
• Outgoing, friendly, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with front desk responsibilities and client experience tasks.
• Help run bookings, check-ins, and scheduling support.
• Capture photos and short videos around the shop and at events.
• Assist barbers with filming content for their social channels.
• Do basic video edits and organize footage for team use.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and client areas.
