Job summary

Juniper Village at the Spearly Center in Denver is seeking a part-time front desk liaison to manage day-to-day front desk operations and provide administrative support to the Juniper Team.

You will greet visitors, answer calls, assist with mail and onboarding, and help coordinate move-ins and resident files in a vibrant care community near downtown Denver.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is preferred.
• Aptitude for math and computer knowledge preferred.
• Previous healthcare or service‑related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets and directs visitors to the building and maintains a clean and organized work space to include waiting and concierge areas.
• Answers incoming phone calls, forwards and take messages as appropriate.
• Assists in mailing and marketing initiatives by organizing and distributing mail, sending and receiving packages, prepares and sends communities invitations, notices, flyers, etc. as directed.
• Performs secretarial and computer/data processing duties such as preparing reports and logs, coordinating move-ins, resident assessments and transportation, preparing resident files, prepares training materials, and assists with coordination of onboarding/hiring process as needed.

Role: Important role that sets the tone of First Impressions by being a liaison with members of our Leadership Team, Residents, and Family Members . Juniper Village at the Spearly Center is home to approximately 130 residents and a nearly equal number of professionals dedicated to providing person‑centered, skilled long‑term care and short term rehabilitation in a therapeutic community. Residents of Juniper Village at the Spearly center are primarily people living with chronic mental illness, brain injury or neurological disorders.
