Job summary

North Hill Needham Inc. is seeking a dedicated individual for a guest services position. You will be responsible for greeting, assisting, and providing direction to Residents and visitors. Strong communication skills and a high school diploma are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in guest services preferred.
• Strong communication skills with an outgoing personality and willingness to engage with Residents.

Responsibilities

• Greets all Residents, Team Members, and guests in a professional manner.
• Answers incoming telephone calls and directs to appropriate personnel.
• Receives inquiries and releases information in accordance with policies.
• Assists with scheduling Resident transportation for visits and events.
