Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to be the information hub for Crescent Point at Niantic, Niantic, CT. You will greet residents, families, and visitors, handle calls, and assist with simple computer tasks to support daily operations.

This position offers an open shift of 3pm-7pm, three shifts per week with weekend availability, and a benefits package including holidays, meal program, uniforms, 401k matching, tuition reimbursement, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent telephone system knowledge and ability to train others.
• Strong guest relation and front-desk skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors upon arrival and provides information.
• Handles calls professionally and routes or answers promptly.
• Offers refreshments to visitors when applicable.
• Manages appointment books for doctor, beauty, and related services.
• Acts as concierge for residents (taxis, service issues, newspaper deliveries).
• Keeps lobby clean, organized and welcoming.
