ROOST Cleveland is seeking a flexible, attentive Front Desk Concierge to support guests and the property. As the first point of contact, you’ll ensure the safety, comfort, and a seamless stay, while balancing hospitality and operational tasks.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of front desk, concierge, or guest-service experience (hotel or luxury residential preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a warm, guest-focused demeanor.
• Ability to remain composed, professional, and attentive during quiet or high-pressure moments.
• Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions.
• Basic proficiency with reservation systems and front-office software.
• Flexible schedule with availability for overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservation inquiries.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, questions, and concerns.
• Monitor building access and maintain a secure, calm environment.
