Summerfield Retirement Community in Slidell, LA is seeking a dependable Part-Time PRN Front Desk Concierge to provide courteous, professional service at the front desk, greet residents and visitors, answer calls, take messages and support staff. The role requires excellent phone skills, written and oral communication, and clerical abilities such as typing and filing.

Availability every other weekend and alternating Mondays/Fridays is expected; starting pay is $11.00–$12.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year front desk/reception/concierge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone system, take messages and interact with visitors and staff.
• Greet residents and visitors, provide courteous assistance at front desk.
• Clerical tasks including typing and filing as part of daily duties.
