Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized with excellent time management and follow-through.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer calls, route messages, and provide accurate information.
• Support Sales with inquiries and move-in preparations.
• Maintain front desk, Bistro area, and mail distribution.
• Assist with recruitment data entry and resident rosters.
• Monitor safety, visitor sign-in, and emergency procedures.
• Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks.
