Job summary

Ayr Wellness is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Intake team member for our Henderson dispensary. You will greet patients and customers in person and by phone, verify IDs, manage front desk tasks, and communicate services clearly while upholding store standards and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail or customer service, with a strong emphasis on hospitality, teamwork, and reliability. This role requires a high school diploma/GED and flexibility for varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles in hospitality, retail or healthcare settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication, and ability to greet customers warmly.
• Ability to follow policies and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers in person and over the phone with a welcoming, professional demeanor.
• Validate IDs and enter information into the POS system to process check-ins.
• Answer phones and emails, and manage front desk tasks and patient files.
• Explain services to new patients and educate yourself on cannabis products offered.
