Job summary

Kohler Co. is accepting applications for a Front Desk Clerk at Sports Core Health & Racquet Club in Kohler, WI. This onsite, casual, year-round position requires availability on weekdays and weekends, holidays, and at least three days per week. Shifts vary from early morning to late evening.

The role involves greeting guests, registering usage, assisting with inquiries, and promoting memberships and café offerings. Prior retail or sales experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older at time of application.
• Retail or Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, effective organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks required.
• Licens e to Serve preferred, CPR Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and register usage in the computer.
• Direct members and guests to appropriate areas.
• Control keys to lockers and towels.
• Be knowledgeable of all Sports Core policies and explain them when necessary.
• Answer the telephone and take messages as needed.
• Act as a sales person for memberships, programs and Take5 Café to promote offerings.
• Maintain an orderly, neat appearance of the desk.

Location: Kohler, WI

This is a Casual, year-round opportunity working weekdays and weekends. Shifts will vary between 4:30am and 10:00pm. Must be available weekends, holidays and able to work at least three days a week.

The hourly range for this position is $13.70 - $20.50. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location.
