Your role includes managing billing transactions, coordinating with other departments to fulfill guest requests, and maintaining a secure and organized environment throughout their stay. **THE STARTING RATE:** $19.00 hourly **THE DAY-TO-DAY:*** Welcome guests to the property and the MGM Resorts family by providing memorable service, anticipating guest needs and responding to and resolving any guest complaints in alignment with S.H.O.W.
