Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking an Environmental Services Shift Supervisor at Mandalay Bay to lead nightly operations, ensure a clean, safe environment, and guide a team of room attendants and porters.

You will monitor inspections, scheduling, training, and labor management, with a focus on hospitality standards and guest experience. 21+ and HS diploma required; union environment experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience within Environmental Services department preferred.
• Prior leadership experience is preferred.
• Experience working in a union environment or managing employees under a union collective bargaining agreement preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
