Front Desk Clerk- FT/Hilton Minneapolis Airport

Job Responsibilities
  1. Greet and communicate cordially with guests, promptly and professionally checking them in and out of the hotel. Assist in pre-registration and blocking of reservations when necessary.
  2. Post all charges accurately and efficiently.
  3. Maintain complete working knowledge of Front Office computer or manual systems, including all daily transactions and less frequent tasks.
  4. Manage cash handling accurately, including receiving payments via cash, checks, and credit cards, and making correct change.
  5. Review reservations with special requests and work to block rooms accordingly.
  6. Understand hotel rates, discounts, and how to handle each.
  7. Take reservations, including same-day bookings, in approximately 2 minutes, and follow cancellation and relocation procedures as needed.
Additional Information

Salary range starts at $16.00-17.50/hr, based on experience. Full-time associates are eligible for group health insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life), Parental Maternity Leave, 401k, and Paid Time Off. Compensation may vary based on factors other than sex or race.
