We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Temporary Dental Assistant at 150 55th St, Brooklyn. This role involves variable morning and evening shifts, including Saturdays. The successful candidate will assist the dentist across various dental modalities (operatory, oral surgeon, endodontics, periodontics, orthodontics, pediatric dentistry). The role requires practicing four-handed dentistry, maintaining infection control standards, and adhering to OSHA guidelines and safety protocols. Responsibilities include exposing, developing, and mounting radiographs, preparing treatment rooms, ensuring patient comfort, sterilizing instruments, and documenting patient records in accordance with departmental policies.
High School Diploma and 1 year of chairside dental assisting experience.
Qualified candidates must communicate effectively with all organizational levels.
