Front Desk & Guest Care

We are looking for passionate individuals who enjoy serving others! As a front desk team member, you will be at the heart of the hotel, interacting directly with our guests. Your proactive, responsive, and caring approach will significantly enhance the guest experience. Role Responsibilities:

  • Make a great first impression for all guests and potential guests
  • Assist guests and provide concierge services about the hotel and local community
  • Create a warm and welcoming check-in and check-out experience
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and operations teams to deliver excellent service
  • Assist with laundry processing
  • Follow all safety and security procedures
  • Handle cash securely and accurately
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and guest information
  • Administer key control procedures
  • Conduct routine property and security walks

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
