Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. in Cottonwood, Arizona, is seeking a Front Desk Clerk to deliver outstanding guest and resident experiences.

You will be the first point of contact, answering questions in person and by phone, and helping with daily office duties. The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year of customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and computer literacy.

• Run reports and submit maintenance request forms to ensure office efficiency.
• Partner with your Property Manager and communicate frequently to address inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction, address conflicts and solve problems promptly.
