Job summary

Midwest Gymnastics is seeking a part-time front desk/café staff member to support families and athletes. You will work in-person at our Little Canada gym, splitting shifts between the front desk and café, including evenings and Saturday mornings.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering questions about class schedules and billing, enrolling students in iClassPro, processing payments, and maintaining a tidy lobby. Café duties cover drink prep, POS transactions, and inventory.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Retail or food service background beneficial.
• Minnesota food handler training within 30 days of hire; training cost covered by company.

Responsibilities

• Greet families and athletes, check in for class.
• Answer calls and emails, help with schedules and billing.
• Enroll students in iClassPro; process payments; update accounts.
• Handle filing and data entry; keep lobby tidy.
