Job summary

Lexima Lodging's Moxy is hiring a Crew Member to blend bartender, front desk, and vibe-curator duties. You’ll be the first and last contact for guests, ensuring smooth, on-brand service.

You’ll create a welcoming lobby and bar atmosphere, manage reservations, handle guest requests, and share local recommendations, and maintain accurate records.

A flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays is required, with prior hospitality or customer-service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality, restaurants, or customer service preferred.
• Outgoing personality with strong guest interaction skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check them in/out, and serve as their go-to contact throughout their stay
• Manage a high performing team, ensuring brand standards and effective hotel operations are always met
• Create a welcoming atmosphere in the lobby and bar area
• Handle reservations, guest requests, and local recommendations
• Process payments and maintain accurate records (hotel + bar)
• Ensure all guests feel welcome, seen, and taken care of—Moxy style
• Handle challenges with positivity and professionalism
