Peachtree Group’s Moxy hotel in Dallas is seeking a Welcome Crew member who serves as front desk agent and bartender. You will check guests in, issue keys, and craft cocktails while delivering local recommendations and a lively hospitality experience.

The role blends guest services with bar duties in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are outgoing, adaptable, and capable of multitasking across front desk and bar operations, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in bartending or front desk preferred, but training may be provided.
• Outgoing, confident, and able to engage guests in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to obtain required certifications for service (TABC and food handler).
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, playful arrival experience.
• Handle check-ins/outs, reservations, keys, payments, and deposits.
• Explain amenities, recognize Marriott Bonvoy members, and provide local tips.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and coordinate with other departments.
