Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Interact professionally by using Spare Time Service Standards (Code S.E.R.V.E.).
  2. Greet guests, determine needs, assign open lanes, and provide start-up instructions, as necessary.
  3. Answer guest inquiries over the phone and in person; providing accurate information.
  4. Inform guests of upcoming promotions, specials, and events.
  5. Confidently operate the POS System making accurate transactions while operating lanes, collecting payments, returning change, and printing reports or scores.
  6. Issue, record and redeem gift certificates, coupons, etc. according to company policy.
  7. Balance receipts, count cash, and complete daily shift paperwork.
  8. Manage lane inventory and assist with lane turnover tasks.
  9. Maintain a sanitary, organized, and presentable area.
  10. Communicate with pit crews; operate call buttons, relay information, log calls, check response time.
  11. Perform various duties related to vending machines; remove, count, and record vending money, restock items, etc.
  12. Perform opening and closing duties as required.
  13. Monitor guests for rule violations.
  14. Report all company violations to management.
  15. Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications
