Position Overview
As a Café Attendant, you will be the face of our café, taking orders at the register and delivering fresh, quality food prepared by our kitchen team. You’ll assist guests seated across our lanes, café, and restaurant spaces while ensuring these areas are clean, organized, and inviting. This role also involves light kitchen duties, supporting the team in providing a seamless guest experience. Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, take food and beverage orders, and process payments at the register.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests across our bowling lanes, café, and restaurant.
• Maintain cleanliness of the café and surrounding seating areas, including bussing tables, disposing of waste, and restocking essentials.
• Assist with light kitchen duties as needed, such as preparing condiments, refilling supplies, and cleaning workspaces.
• Ensure all food orders are accurately fulfilled and delivered promptly.
• Uphold Spare Time’s high standards of customer service by providing friendly, efficient, and attentive service to each guest.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, including food handling and sanitation protocols.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and other team members to ensure a smooth flow of orders and an enjoyable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or a customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
