SentryWorld is seeking a Front Desk Attendant to deliver exceptional hospitality at The Inn at SentryWorld in Stevens Point, WI. You will welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out, and provide information about services and promotions.

The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, strong communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Training included; benefits and a supportive team environment await.

Qualifications

• Age 21+ required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Positive and upbeat personality.
• Strong communication, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work nonstandard hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a friendly and efficient check-in, verify guest information, confirm room rate, select room, code electronic keys, provide welcome packet and directions to room.
• Provide information in person or by phone about hotel policies, services, amenities and promotions.
• Assist guests with check-out, ensure charges are posted correctly to guest accounts and process payments.
• Balance all cash, credit card and check transactions at end of shift.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns and communicate issues to management for follow-up.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance on room counts, status, and special requests.
